Alphabet of Friends

Alphabet of Friends is a delightful picture book that weaves together the charm of a party with the playful exploration of language. The story takes us into the life of a narrator who is busily planning a party for her 26 friends, each with unique and quirky culinary preferences that align with the letters of the alphabet.

As she imagines the perfect dish for each guest, from Annie's appetizers with apples to Billy's banana bread, the task becomes a bit overwhelming.  Her loyal dog becomes the unsung hero by bringing take-out menus to her feet, offering a humorous and practical solution.

This enchanting tale is rich with rhymes, alliteration, and robust vocabulary, making it an engaging experience for young readers eager to delve into the joys of language.

Alphabet Athletes

At the magical Alphabet School, letters are not just learning but also embarking on a sports-themed adventure. During recess, the teacher gathers all the letters to plan a day filled with games. The consonants boast about their chosen sports, from B's baseball  to C's croquet, while the vowels quietly enjoy classic games on the sidelines.

As the day unfolds, the alphabet characters passionately advocate for their favorite activities, each convinced their sport reigns supreme. However, it's letter Z, the narrator, who shares a unifying message reminding everyone that winning isn't just about being first; it's about teamwork and having fun together.

The story is a linguistic delight, featuring rhyming text and playful alliteration that dance off the pages, capturing young readers' imaginations and making it a joy to read aloud. Each letter's adventure is painted with vibrant vocabulary, engaging children in the fun of learning new words.
